Bissa Auto Tune LLC offers select international and long-distance on-site services for advanced module and key programming.

By booking an on-site visit that requires travel beyond our local service area, you agree to the following conditions:

1. Booking Confirmation

   • All international or long-distance bookings require prior scheduling and written confirmation.

   • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure travel and service dates.

2. Travel & Lodging Responsibility

   • The customer is responsible for covering or reimbursing transportation costs (airfare, ground transport) and lodging unless otherwise agreed.

   • Clear cost terms will be discussed and agreed upon before confirming the booking.

3. Vehicle Condition & Access

   • The vehicle must be accessible, safe, and in a ready state (battery charged, modules installed) for service upon arrival.

   • If the job cannot be completed due to vehicle access or undisclosed issues, service charges may still apply.

4. Proof of Ownership Requirement

   • Valid identification and proof of ownership (e.g., title, registration, or official documents) are required for all key programming and immobilizer-related services.

5. Delays & Cancellations

   • Bissa Auto Tune is not responsible for delays due to weather, customs, travel restrictions, or third-party booking issues.

   • Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled service may result in forfeiture of deposit or incurred travel fees.

6. Service Scope Limitations

   • On-site services will be performed using the tools and modules available at the time of travel. Unexpected incompatibilities or failures beyond our control may affect completion time or success rate.

7. No Guarantee of Outcome in Complex Cases

   • For vehicles with prior severe damage, missing parts, or altered wiring, we will attempt our best-effort solutions but cannot guarantee a fix if the system is beyond repair.
