Refund Policy
At Bissa Auto Tune LLC, we provide specialized automotive module services including cloning, virginizing, flashing, and key programming. Our services are performed on customer-supplied parts, and due to the technical and custom nature of our work, the following policy applies:
Mail-in Service
No refunds will be issued once a service has been completed.
If a module is unreadable or cannot be programmed due to internal damage or incompatibility, a diagnostic or bench test fee may still apply.
If cancellation is requested before the service begins, a partial refund may be granted, minus any return shipping and handling costs.
Mobile Service
Mobile service charges include travel, time, and programming work performed.
If programming is completed and verified functional at the time of service, the service is considered successfully completed, even if the issue returns later due to an unrelated fault.
If service cannot be completed due to:
Incorrect parts
Vehicle condition
Electrical/mechanical faults outside our control
A service call fee will still apply.
Appointments canceled prior to dispatch will not incur a cancellation fee.
Shipping & Returns
You are responsible for the cost and risk of shipping modules to our location.
We strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping for all mail-in services.
Our shipping/return address will be provided upon order confirmation.
Warranty
Our work is tested and verified before return. A limited service warranty applies to our programming work (30–90 days depending on the service).
Warranty does not cover issues caused by improper installation, incorrect parts, or unrelated vehicle faults.
